It seems that people are often inclined to consider low (very
low) cost solutions to website development. Because the Internet is such an enigmatic
media, some people actually consider getting anyone who actually knows how to build
a website, to build a website for their business. It would be like someone suggesting they
could do your business cards by typing them into a word processor, printing them out onto

Because of the demand for websites, some people are spending a weekend, and a few hundred dollars on one of these packages, and then offering themselves as web developers. Knowing how to build a website is not the same as knowing how to build an effective
